Responsible for managing costing of plant operations by reviewing operations method and identifying potential ways to reduce overall cost and wastage of raw materials and utilities.Responsible for ensuring safe working conditions and identifying areas of improvement to enhance the safety awareness within the production floorResponsible for the continuous development of production personnel through training on methods to skill up their abilityResponsible for making decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurementResponsible for monitoring and reviewing the performance of staffs and organize necessary interventions for improvementResponsible for ensuring the collaboration and co-ordination between production department with other relevant departments including procurement, distribution and managementResponsible for planning a production schedule for the job, implementing and controlling the production schedule and reviewing an adjusting the schedule where neededResponsible for working out and implementing standard operating procedures for production operations and ensuring the standard operating procedures are adhered toResponsible for setting product quality standards and continuous monitoring the quality standards of productsResponsible for implementing and enforcing quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectivesResponsible for analyzing production and quality control to detect and correct problemsResponsible for determining human resources and material resources required and managing human and material resources to meet production targets
