Position: Junior Telemarketer

**Salary**: RM2,000- RM2,500 + Commission + Medical Benefit + Millage claim

Working Days: Monday - Friday ( 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM )

Location: 78-01, Bayan Bay, Persiaran Bayan Indah, Sungai Nibong, 11900, Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang

**Job Description**:
1) Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers using a

provided script.

2) Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding customer needs and

suggesting appropriate products/services.

3) Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services

to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.

4) Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers, answer their questions, and address

any concerns they may have.

5) Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.

6) Data Entry: Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

7) Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to nurture leads and close sales.

8) Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

9) Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on customer responses and

market trends.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- TeleMarketing: 1 year (preferred)
