Labaratory Assistant

To perform sampling of product and line samples.
- To determine types of testing requested accordingly.
- To carry out chemical and physical testing of finished product.
- To prepare samples for sensory evaluation and setup the sensory evaluation sessions.
- To prepare sensory evaluation data and reports
- To extract analysis data and on-time reporting.
- To record all experimental data and test result accurately and fill in relevant records accordingly.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree in Food Science or related field
- Basic knowledge in GMP, HACCP, and HALAL
- Possess strong management skills
- Responsible
- Pay attention to details
