Job Descriptions:

- To maintain Account Receivables and Accounts Payable.
- To preview transactions and documentation for compliance.
- Responsible for Journal entries and general ledger entries and preparation of final account for monthend closing.
- Assist in daily accounting transactions.
- To check invoices, bills, vouchers, or documents for corrections before entering them into records.
- To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating, and following up on pending matters.
- Responsible for any assigned general administrative job.
- To assist in any other task as and when required by Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with accounting software, specifically MYOB and AutoCount
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently and independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia/Melayu
- Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team
- Able to join immediately
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Min LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications.
