**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Assist in Financial Record Keeping**:

- Support the accounting team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and processing financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in the preparation of financial reports.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Work closely with the accounts payable and receivable teams.
- Assist in processing vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection efforts.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the office.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents.

**Assist in Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with the finance team in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct research and analysis to support financial decision-making.

**Ad Hoc Projects**:

- Participate in special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting and administrative functions.

**Job Requirement**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Highly motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to participate in ad hoc projects assigned by the supervisor.
- Proactive contribution to process improvement initiatives in accounting and administration.

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
