In accordance with college policy, developing and maintaining a collection of resources appropriate to the curriculum, the students and the teaching styles and instructional strategies used within the college community.
- Cooperating and networking with other libraries, librarians and agency to provide access to resources outside the college.
- Evaluating, promoting and using existing and emerging technologies to support teaching and learning, supplement college resources, connect with the global learning community, communicate with students and teachers and provide 24/7 access to library services.
- Providing guidance in software and hardware evaluation, and developing processes for such evaluation.
- Understanding copyright, fair use and licensing of intellectual property, and assisting users with their understanding and observance of the same.
- Assist library visitors in conducting research and locating resources
- Organize all library resources so they are easy to locate
- Coordinate and create community programs that increase library awareness
- Evaluate library inventory needs and place orders
- Identify technology needs and make recommendations
- Services the Academic Board, and its sub-teams.
- Maintains the College’s definitive register for Collaborative Partnership, Memoranda activity, Professional Statutory and Regulatory body, External Examiners and approval and review cycle
- Responsible on maintaining and updating students records and files (physical and in system). Also responsible in managing the archives.
- In-charge of providing verified data and statistics to internal/external stakeholders such as corporations, sponsors, government agencies, internal departments, etc.
- Involve in checking the completion status for graduating students whereby to determine whether students fulfilled all graduation requirements or not.
- Supervise & prepare final examination timetables that include resolving timetable clashes.
- Supervise & execute the tasks of printing, storage and delivery of the final examination papers. Also monitor examination venues and seating arrangements for final examination.
- Supervise & prepare of invigilators timetables and other matters related to preparation of final examination.
- Responsibilities of the role include compiling the Final Examination Report prepared by respective schools, prepare the meeting materials, and take/prepare meeting minutes.
- Organizing the collection for maximum and effective use.
- To assist in student database information inputs. On occasion, for the benefit of the company you may require to undertake other duties as required by management.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
