We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Deployment Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end network deployment projects, including devices refresh, migration, and network setup, with a focus on both LAN and WAN technologies.
- Utilize Waterfall and Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Leverage project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and other relevant platforms to track project progress, issues, and risks.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and adaptability within a matrix organizational structure, overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
- Provide project updates and status reports to leadership and stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and informed decision-making.
- Cultivate effective communication channels between teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting successful project outcomes.
- Support network deployment projects in China by utilizing Mandarin proficiency to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Maintain a strong emphasis on quality assurance and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.

**; Requirements**:
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in successfully managing network deployment projects, including LAN, WAN, and WIFI technologies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, and experience with project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and other relevant platforms.
- Technical background in network architecture, protocols, and configurations, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
- Strong Mandarin proficiency is advantageous to support project deployments in China.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, matrix organizational structure while maintaining a focus on project excellence.
- Open to expatriates based in Malaysia and available to start immediately.
