Clinic Sales Representative

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Job description:

- Present and promote services to existing and prospective customers by meeting customer needs
- Answering customer questions and needs via whatsapp, phone calls and other social media platform
- Reach out to customer leads through messages and calling
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and services
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (required)
- English (preferred)
