Job description - Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. - Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain product based on customer needs and desires. - Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of product to customers. - Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer’s reference. - Demonstrate use or operation of product. - Help customers try on to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase. - Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and delivery options. - Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products.
