- Able to meet and comply to SDF, Agile Framework and risk elements, which includes ensuring process, security, regulatory and audit requirements are met
- Able to prioritise and allocate resources based on project needs and deliver quality deliverables.
- Must possess at least 10 years experience in CICS, Cobol, JCL, VSAM, MVS, z/OS and mainframe environment
- Must have at least 10 years Application Development experience
- Knowledge in Easytrieve, Abend Aid, FileAid, Endeavor, Expeditor would be added advantage.
- Job Responsibilities
- Planing, testing, analysis and programming in a scrum team environment.
- Responsible for ensuring that the technical solutions proposed satisfy both the immediate and long-term needs of the business.
- Maintains an expert knowledge of technology (within the area of specialization) and industry trends in relation to specific business requirements, and the direction of the organization in its entirety
- Strongly influences technical strategy in relation to the technical specialization
- Will be called upon to validate proposals to use technology within area of specialization in new or unique circumstances
- Participates in technical design reviews
