**Job Description Summary**:

- Ensure that compounding procedures conform to B.O.Ps.
- Responsible for daily process chemicals stock check and ensure the smooth supply of process chemicals to production.
- Assist Compounding Supervisor in carrying out daily work activities.
- Responsible for all churn compounding of base lattices.
- Responsible for recovering all waste alcohol penetrated from dip room by processing them through alcohol recovery plant.
- Ensure good housekeeping in compounding areas and scrap yard.
- Diploma in Chemistry/Polymer Science/Latex Technology or related discipline.
- OR SPM with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
