IT Specialist

**The Company**

Our client is an international logistics and freight forwarding company that offer transportation solutions globally. The company provides a wide range of customized solutions of logistics services and supply chain solutions such as Transportation, Warehousing and Custom Clearance.

**The IT Specialist will be responsible for**:

- Log, manage, escalate, and resolve issues in accurate, timely and efficient manners. (Level 1 Support)
- Provide IT solutions to the company’s users via remote support or proper guidance.
- User account management in Microsoft Office which includes SharePoint / Teams access.
- Able to work in shift rotation (Monday to Friday / 24 hours global support / 3 shifts per day)

**The requirements**
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate, hands-on with IT-related tasks and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
