* Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering / Building Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical or accredited equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in Building and M&E services for building and infra works on site
- Resolve technical complications and propose solutions to problems at site by communicating and meeting up the consultants and contractors
- Attend site meetings when required
- Assist and undertaken any other duties as instructed by superior *Able to read / understand C&S Drawings / Architectural Plans / M&E Drawings and other plans and have a good understanding of construction work activities and sequence work

Since the establishment of PAKUBUMI CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD, the main activity of the company is focused on the work of supplying building materials as well as general construction contractor which was initially carried out on a small scale through sub-contractors or direct consultation from various parties, both government and private. In carrying out the work, labour is usually taken on a contract basis based on the needs of the workforce. PAKUBUMI CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is registered with the ‘Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor’ (PKK) as a Class A Construction Contractor and is also registered with the Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) for Class G7 and with the Ministry of Finance.
