Department: Supply Chain (Warehouse)

FLSA Status: Exempt / Non-Exempt (For HR only)

Position Overview:
Ensuring the security, tracking and accountability of materials and goods required for inventory control. As well as ensuring shipment transactions are promptly entered into SAP in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures and following through on all material movements in order to guarantee they are handled in accordance with applicable FDA and cGMP procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate corrections of shipment errors through Customer Service.
- Order Processing from customers and Distribution Centers.
- Shipment arrangements from Production to Sterilization (sub-con) and final shipment to customers and other global Distribution Centers.
- Pull and pack materials.
- Check all orders to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with freight carriers and logistics team regarding shipment arrangements, shipping documentation, daily bills of lading etc.
- Prepare shipping documents if necessary.
- Perform general duties including shipment processing, cycle counts, housekeeping, stocking, safety, and maintenance.
- Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar discipline.
- 2-3 years experience in Distribution, Receiving, Shipping, Customer Service or Manufacturing Support environment.
- Experience in a medical device company or electronics industry is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

- 3 plus years’ experience in a fast-paced shipping environment.
- Able to efficiently perform all shipping functions with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrate proficiency utilizing SAP, AX, FedEx, WMS and other relevant systems.
- Able to process domestic and international shipments with mínimal guidance if required.
- Experience with SAP/Microsoft Dynamics/AX Software preferred but not required.
- Must be extremely service, internal customer, and detail oriented.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Must have excellent attendance.
- Excellent inventory management skills.
- Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Multi-language fluency preferred in English and Malay.

Physical Requirements (if applicable):

- Must be able to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs.
- Know how to operate pallet jack, reach truck and forklift.
