QAc/lab Inspector

Importance Notes: Male Applicant only
- Assist QA/QC inspectors in their daily work and for rework jobs.
- Assist QA/QC inspectors to provide the color card to customer, daily samples for marketing and retain sample for QA/QC Team.
- Review, analysis and control the quality of the raw material, packaging materials, semi
- finished and finished goods.
- Check, verify and investigate any quality problem and incidents report by QA/QC inspector.
- Assist QA/QC inspectors to open and follow up NCR for reject item and update with superior to control the quality issue.
- Provide scrap analysis of the reject item on time after get the approved scrap form to clear up on hold/ pending scrap item
- Provide quality control knowledge, and improve QA/QC work method and procedures on the job training to existing new workers.
- Produce all the operation related QA/QC reports on time and filing documents and records orderly.
- Follow-up status of hygiene in Quality department.
- Follow-up and prepare fully things for personal hygiene such as liquids soap, alcohol
- Follow the ISO procedure, 5S practices and industrial safety
- Any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirement:

- Qualification SPM/STPM and above

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years in plastic packaging

Skill:

- Microsoft Word and Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
