1 To practice 5’s every time after maintenance/repairing /conversion 2 To ensure production machine/feeder performance is well maintain. 3 To assist engineers to carry out or setup new device evaluation / engineering run when needed 4 To maintain and perform troubleshooting on assigned operation. 5 To set-up production's running model according to model WI 6 To assist engineer for monthly preventive maintenance activity 7 Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and rebuild SMT equipment feeders and trolleys. 8 Ability to fabricate, repair parts for feeders utilizing feeder tools and soldering iron. 9 To test and program feeder/trolley on SMT Feeder Set-up Station and on SMT Machines to verify functionality. 10 To work with Process Engineering / Maintenance Engineering and other cross-functional groups to improve equipment reliability, review procedures, and minimize equipment downtime
