**You will play a crucial role in the following areas**:
**-Document Management**: Responsible for the reception and management of various office documents, as well as the archiving of daily official correspondence; accurately collect data and be responsible for editing and proofreading.

**-Human Resources Management**:Responsible for the management and execution of company labor relations work, including the management of foreign employee files, attendance management, and payroll statistics handover.

**-External Relations Maintenance**: Responsible for external contacts and customer reception, providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships.

**In summary**, you will utilize administrative work to facilitate the completion of company projects

**You will receive**:

- Basic salary of **RM2000** and an allowance of **RM300**.(**13** salaries)

**- 5** working days a week, with **8* hours of work per day, including **1* hour of lunch break (And don't worry, we have a comprehensive and rigorous salary system--Additional compensation will be provided for extra working hours).
- Lunch provided (Chinese cuisine)
- Annual leave and statutory holidays in accordance with national statutory provisions

**We require you to have**:

- Chinese female,
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork,
- No work experience is accepted.
