Our subsidiaries are located in The Netherlands, Germany, Poland, USA, China, Singapore, and Malaysia. As IT Support Engineer, you will become part of our team in Malaysia. This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week and your field of responsibility will be:
**Responsibilities**
- Management of servers of entities operating at the plant in Johor Bahru or Slubice and related entities abroad.
- Ongoing monitoring of global IT networks and computer hardware
- Computer hardware diagnostics and IT inventory management (equipment distribution among employees and installation of system access for new and existing employees)
- Purchase of IT equipment in accordance with the current needs of the company
- Providing technical support for users (help desk service -diagnosing and solving problems)

**Requirements**:

- Possessing education and knowledge in the field of computer science or related area
- Experience is welcome
- Knowledge in the field of : Microsoft Active Directory, Network technologies (DHCP, DNS, VPV, OSI model, WLAN, RADIUS) and maintenance of Windows systems is appreciated
- Ability to use English
- Ready to undertake long-term cooperation
- Ready to perform tasks independently, interpersonal and professional development
- Having the ability to organize work, initiative and commitment

**Salary**: RM1,920.54 - RM4,638.01 per month
