CNC Machinist

Job Responsibilities - Set up and operate conventional machines & CNC Lathe with limited assistance or direct supervision - Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished part, sequence of operations, and setup requirements - Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors - Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required - Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. - Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects - Perform follow-up operations, such as deburring, polishing etc when required - Perform such other duties as may be assigned. Requirements - At least 2 years of manual machining experience - At least 2 years CNC Machining experience - Follows all established safety procedures and practices. Expectations Willing to work overtime on weekday and weekend Willing to learn Willing to hands-on critical micro part with good workmanship Right working attitude and discipline (Team participation) Able work independently Basic knowledge of CNC machine G & M Code

SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
