1. Membantu dalam memastikan segala dokumen syarikat dan premis yang disewa oleh syarikat direkod dan difailkan secara sistematik mengikut sistem fail. Antara dokumen-dokumen tersebut ialah:

- Surat tawaran kemudahan bank
- Perjanjian jual beli dan penyewaan aset syarikat
- Perjanjian pihak syarikat dengan penyewa-penyewa bilik
- Perjanjian penyewaan unit kediaman atau premis perniagaan
- Pendaftaran dan pembaharuan lesen premis perniagaan/ PBT (pihak berkuasa tempatan) dan kenderaan syarikat
- Memorandum dan perjanjian syarikat ( Borang 9, 44, 49 dan sebagainya)
- Bil
- bil utiliti premis-premis ZSE seperti ( air, elektrik, Unifi, telefon, IWK)

2. Membantu dalam menjaga dan mengenalpasti potensi penyewa-penyewa untuk dibawa masuk ke dalam unit ZSE
3. Membantu dalam memastikan bayaran sewaan penyewa kepada ZSE dibayar mengikut waktu yang ditetapkan
4. Membantu membuat semakan setiap pembayaran sewaan yang diterima setiap bulan
5. Membantu dalam merekod, melabel dan menyimpan dengan label yang telah ditetapkan mengikut sistem fail
i. ID Card dan kata laluan unit kediaman sewaan
ii. Peralatan kepunyaan ZSE bagi tujuan pengiraan stok
iii. Fail-Fail kepunyaan ZSE

6. Membantu melaksanakan tugas-tugas AM, menyelenggara fail, dan menyusun dokumen; fotokopi, faks, dan lain-lain seperti yang diperlukan
7. Membantu menyediakan maklumat dan bahan penyelidikan
8. Membantu penyediaan membuat piawai prosedur (Standard of Procedure) yang berkaitan pentadbiran dan pengurusan operasi seperti diarahkan penyelia
9. Membantu menguruskan dan membuat caruman kepada KWSP, PERKESO dan SIP
10. Membantu menguruskan dan membuat bayaran seperti gaji, utiliti dan lain-lain.
11. Membantu menguruskan pangkalan data dan maklumat input, data, dan rekod
13. Menghadiri fungsi syarikat dan acara rangkaian
14. Kemas kini dan siarkan media sosial dan kandungan laman web yang diselia
15. Memberi sokongan pentadbiran dan penyelenggaraan hari yang cekap dengan rasa segera untuk memenuhi komitmen.
16. Membantu penyelia operasi melaksanakan urusan pentadbiran syarikat.
17. Berkomunikasi dengan cara yang positif dan berkesan dengan kakitangan, tetamu, pelawat dan lain-lain
18. Peluang untuk meningkatkan kemahiran dan pengetahuan dalam spektrum penuh pentadbiran pejabat.
19. Bersedia menerima arahan daripada penyelia atau pengurus dari semasa ke semasa mengikut keperluan
20. Menjaga kerahsiaan syarikat dan tidak boleh mendedahkan kepada pihak luar
21. Merekod dan menyimpan maklumat-maklumat penyewa yang memasuki unit-unit ZSE
22. Sentiasa mengemas kini jumlah kekosongan unit-unit ZSE
23. Menemu duga calon latihan industri

- Kemahiran asas komputer (Microsoft Word dan Excel)
- Kemahiran menulis dan bertutur dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris
- Minat dalam bidang pengurusan
- Berketerampilan

- Bekerja dengan pengawasan mínima

Pendidikan dan Kelayakan
- Sedang mengikuti program Diploma atau Ijazah dalam bidang pengurusan dan pentadbiran atau yang berkaitan
- Kemahiran komputer mahir, termasuk Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, dan Excel)
- Kemahiran komunikasi bertulis dan lisan yang cemerlang
- Bertenaga dan bersemangat untuk menangani projek dan idea baru
