Research content on hotel industry-related topics in order to develop original content/ Product knowledge/testimony and feedback/sales/marketing/service & product launching.
- Handling social media (Fb/Tiktok/IG) content video.
- Able to host and communicate face to face with the camera to do LIVE VIDEO/STORY/FEED (fb/TikTok/ig)
- Responsible for all photographic and video content from start to finish including taking photo/video & editing for the needs of output.
- Developing creative ways to enhance and improve content for social media such as IG/FACEBOOK/TIKTOK (Story/Feed)
- Coordinate with reservation team for sales inqury
- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
- Writing, reviewing, editing and updating contents for all social media platforms
- Constantly updated on the latest marketing trends and happenings
- Replying comment/enquiry/sales direct massage.
- Update our websites as needed
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
- Should be able to control drone professionally

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
- Excellent, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
