- At least Diploma in agriculture/plantation management or relevant discipline.
- Experience in Estate Management of more than 5 years; as Assistant Manager or not less than 3 years.
- High level of initiative and willingness to grow and serve in remote areas.
- Good in English (both spoken and written); those in Acting capacity, may be also considered.

**Job Description**:

- Assisting Manager and Planning of estate operation
- Execution of estate operations according to the company’s Standard operating procedures
- Assisting the manager in maintaining smooth administration in line with company procedures
- Assisting the manager in ensuring that the operating units documentations and submissions area sent timely manners
- Reporting to superior over non-compliances and reporting any relevant matters and issues
- Managing the estate according to the principles and criteria of RSPO & MSPO requirements
- Check and verify planning proposed by the supervisor such as checking work proposal, store issues for field operation and verifying of job order issued.
- Checking on how the work programmed is being executed.
- Checking and monitoring of work done.
- Monitor the breakdown of machine and causes.
- Check on proper store issue and stock availability.
- Monitoring the infrastructure and logistic of the estate.
- Plan for manpower requirement ahead base on period needs.
- Monitor the clerk and site administration performance.
- Prepare progress report, highlighting report on estate problem, forward suggestion, proposal and ideas that is relevant for the improvement of the estate operation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
