. **Equipment Maintenance and Repair**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery, and implement effective solutions.

2. **Facility Management**:

- Ensure that the facilities within the Free Commercial Zone are well-maintained and operational.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.

3. **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and national safety standards and regulations.
- Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Prepare reports on the condition of equipment and facilities, including any incidents or issues that arise.

5. **Preventive Maintenance**:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Perform regular inspections and servicing of critical infrastructure.

6. **Emergency Response**:

- Respond to emergencies, such as equipment failures or power outages, in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement corrective actions to restore normal operations as quickly as possible.

7. **Coordination with Vendors and Contractors**:

- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure that all work performed by external parties meets company standards and regulatory requirements.

8. **Energy Management**:

- Monitor and manage energy consumption within the facility to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices.

9. **Support for Operational Activities**:

- Provide technical support for operational activities within the Free Commercial Zone.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of specialized equipment used in logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

- Early shift
- Night shift
- On call
