This role is most ideal for an individual who enjoys a client-facing role. We are hiring for an individual to lead projects from beginning to end while fostering relationships directly with clients and the internal operations team. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day operations of agency projects including scope development, briefing and job execution. You will serve a vital role in promoting the integration of cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless delivery of the work to clients.

The Account Manager will need to:

- Lead business development and pitching efforts for prospective clients including co-pitching on opportunities with the technology arm of GrowthDesk.
- Actively identify opportunities and initiate outreach and nurturing efforts among target clients
- Act as the day-to-day main client contact on campaigns managed including pre-emptively identifying potential issues and highlighting to internal teams and clients
- Responsible for internal briefs and scope documents and ensuring team members are briefed on the requirements to achieve successful outcomes
- Responsible for day-to-day implementation of project deliverables, ensuring deliverables are client ready
- Act as the gatekeeper to ensure all deliverables meets required quality standards
- Be the main facilitator of meetings between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are deployed in line with timeline and requirements with the ability to simplify complex challenges and manage stakeholders
