**Qualifications**:

**Qualifications**:
1. Age 18-40 years.
2. SPM, SKM or Diploma holders.
3. Possess a valid driver's license.
4. Proficient in reading, writing and arithmetic.
5. Excellent communication skills in both Malay/English.
6. Capable of attentively following supervisor's directives.
7. Demonstrates prior experience and **basic skills** in **painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, lawn maintenance, concrete tasks, and other related areas**.

2. Working At Height (WAH)
3. Wireman G2

*It is best to have your own vehicle/transportation to work. The company reserves thee right to offer fuel allowance at its discretion.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
