**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible to carry out matters related to Procurement and store activities, function and duties.
- Assist Procurement Executive to ensure goods and services required are procured in the most efficient, fair, objective and transparent manner through competitive tendering, cost saving and timely.
- Assist Procurement Executive to ensure that all procurement activities carried out are in compliance with procurement policies and procedures and with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Assist Procurement Executive to manage Local Tender Process, consist of tender documents and List of Vendor preparation, Tender Floating, holding Local Tender Committee Meeting (LTC) biweekly and follow up on the related tenders.
- Assist on Minor and Major Tender Process, consist of Major and Minor Tender documents and List of Vendor preparation and forward to Group Procurement for tender floating. Follow up with Group Procurement and end user on the tender technical & commercial evaluation.
- Assist Procurement Executive to prepare service contract for internal service jobs when required for contract extension or new contract.
- Liaise with forwarders for overseas shipments involving new parts purchased or repair & return shipments.
- Ensure all Purchase Requisition (PR) evaluation submitted comply to procurement procedures and policies.
- Check and ensure all Purchase Order (PO) issued to suppliers on time and accurate.
- Acknowledge and ensure delivery orders or service orders are in order before submitting to Finance for releasing payment.
- Manage Schedule Waste and Non-Schedule Waste disposal by arranging Department of Environment (DOE) authorized vendor for Schedule Waste and authorized licensed vendor for Non-Schedule Waste.
- Compile all necessary documents for the Schedule Waste and Non-Schedule Waste disposal.
- Assist the Procurement Executive to perform diesel monthly report to monitor diesel balance at end of every month.
- Update and maintain Procurement and Store procedures and policies and all documentation are in order according to ISO requirements to ensure no major non-compliance.
- Comply with all applicable SHEQ legal requirements and our stakeholders' specifications by establishing policies, programmes and practives in order to conduct operations in a healthy, safe and environmentally sound manner with safety first, quality foremost & purchasing excellence.
- To perform other additional tasks that are relevant and necessary to accomplish the company overall objectives, which may be assigned from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Education Qualification required:

- Diploma in Logistic and Supply Chain Management or;
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or;
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or;
- Diploma in Business Administration or;
- Diploma in Economics from a recognized higher learning institution.
- 3 years' working experience in Procurement & store duties.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Hands on with analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- A good team player.
- Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
