Sshe Supervisor

Support Safety & Health Officer (SHO) and team with the planning, coordinating and implementing of effective SSHE Policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the SSHE Objectives are met.
- Provide support to Operation and Project team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
- Executing and facilitating health and safety programs at all time.
- Coordinate & facilitate the continual development & improvement of workplace safety, health and environment.
- To conduct safety induction to contractors / new employees on the safety regulations of Oleomas and Davos site and to ensure that they follow accordingly.
- To perform SHE Inspections at worksite to ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental requirements.
- To assist in Occupational Monitoring program, Health Monitoring program and Environmental Monitoring program and ensure compliance to Malaysia Law and Regulations.
- To be available and respond at time of emergency.
- To monitor and inspect equipment, workplaces and ensure suitable protective equipment is provided, used correctly and compliance with company safety and health requirement
- To perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma/Certificate in Technical Discipline in Science or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a manufacturing /Construction industry
- Preferably poses Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification from NIOSH.
