Store Supervisor

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**:
1. Working closely with immediate superior to ensure that the departmental /section objectives in term of safety, quality, delivery and cost can be carried out effectively and efficiently.

2. Immediately inform/discuss with your immediate superior if you face any problem that required attention that related to the departmental function and job responsibilities.

3. To follow all legitimate instruction of your immediate superior accordingly. To discuss any arising problem openly and wisely if there are any differences in opinions.

4. You are responsible to ensure that your working area is always clean, tidy and safe.

5. Do not take any drastic action without consulting your superior that could result in loss or danger to self, property or others.

6. To make sure that all rules and regulations pertaining work, productivity and quality are strictly adhered to.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**:
1. Supervise all activities in store area (Incoming area and Outgoing area).

2. To liaise closely with Sales Department in daily Delivery Order. To make sure all delivery instructions are adhered in term of quantity and conditions.

3. To liaise closely with Production Department in daily Packing List, to make sure all finished goods are adhered to WOS and packing standards.

4. To assure issuing material activities to production is carried out properly and checked the record book is properly updated.

5. To plan manpower and overtime in it’s area.

6. To assure all employees are strictly following safety regulations, handling with correct safe methods.

7. To monitor closely on repacking process and to make sure that it is carried out according to WOS instructions.

8. To work closely with QA Department, to make sure all necessary incoming materials consumable and direct material) was inspected by QC before it is unloaded from the lorry.

9. To check any discrepancies in weight, items and other details and solve any problems before final delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
