P2p 运营

工作职责:

- 处理平台上 P2P 交易产生的纠纷，支持用户/客户并解决他们的问题。
- 不断监测交易，调查和报告可疑活动。
- 进行市场调查和竞品调研，了解用户的需求，找出产品改进的空间。
- 通过收集商户和用户的反馈意见，改进 P2P 功能。
- 充分利用用户数据和洞察力，为团队的发展和运营战略做出贡献。
- 准备有关业务发展的报告，包括市场比较分析，商业机会，建议等。

工作要求：
- 本科或以上学历。
- 至少有两年在加密货币行业中业务发展的相关经验。
- 必须具备区块链、加密货币和 P2P 支付方面的知识。
- 有激情，有主见，以执行为导向，独立，有天然的团队精神。
- 出色的中英文书写和沟通能力。
