- Preferred 1 years relevant working experience
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
- Salary : to be discussed and notified in interview

**Responsibilities : -**
- Assist in daily tasks in Purchasing
- Liaise with the site personnel and handle purchase requisition and issue Purchase order to suppliers
- Follow-up with suppliers on quotation, order status and delivery
- Resolve stock issue and supplier issue
- Follow up new supplier evaluation
- Do purchase order, purchase reques and do costing
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
