**Your New Role**

We are seeking an E-commerce/Web Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing our e-commerce platform, including, and not limited to Shopify, own ecommerce platform, implementing AI chatbots, and revamp our company website.

**This role is initially available as an internship or trainee, with the potential to transition to a permanent role upon successful performance during the internship.**

**Responsibilities**
- Shopify Setup
- Create, configure, and customize Shopify ecommerce stores.
- Customize themes, add products, and set up payment gateways.
- Integrate and set up customer reference and loyalty add-on to Shopify.
- Integrate and set up a marketing add-on to Shopify.
- Integrate and set up delivery add-on to Shopify.
- Ensures a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- In-house e-commerce platform
- Like above, ensuring all necessary for a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- Training will be provided for this in-house e-commerce platform.
- AI Bot Integration:

- Implement AI chatbots to enhance customer engagement and support.
- Configure chatbot workflows to improve the customer journey.
- Website Revamp
- Work on the redesign and optimization of our company website.
- SEO Optimization:

- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to boost organic traffic.
- Optimize product listings, meta tags, and website content for search engines.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance.
- Technical Troubleshooting:

- Address technical issues related to the e-commerce platform promptly.
- Provide support to resolve customer-facing technical inquiries.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Experience in setting up and managing Shopify ecommerce stores.
- Experience in HTML and CSS for website customization.
- Experience of AI chatbot integration and chatbot building platforms.
- Experience with SEO best practices and tools.
- Detail-oriented, able to execute tasks quickly and handle stress.
- Positive attitude towards learning new technologies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must enjoy problem-solving and troubleshooting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
