**Responsibilities**:

- Required to handle full set account including but not limited to account receivable, payable, general ledger, journal entry and bank reconciliation for Malaysia and Singapore region.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Maintain an accurate and reliable set of financial accounting records, processes and other supporting records. Prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly management accounts and schedules as per stipulated deadlines.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports.
- Assist Regional Accountant in the preparations of monthly or yearly closings.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Assist to prepare and liaise closely with auditors and tax consultants for the annual audit, audit analysis and submission of tax returns.
- Assist with other accounting projects.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ working experience in Singapore and Malaysia accounting.
- Attentive to details and consistent in data management.
- Fluent written and spoken in English and Mandarin is a must.
- Willing travel outstation to Singapore every month.

- 准备并提交每周或每月报告。
- 协助区域会计师准备月度或年度结账。
- 协助制定预算、预测和财务分析。
- 协助准备并于审计师和税务顾问联系、进行年度审计、审计分析和提交纳税申报表。
- 协助其他会计业务。

**工作要求：**
- 至少2-3年新加坡和马来西亚会计工作经验。
- 注重细节并保持数据管理的一致性。
- 必须拥有流利的华语和英语书写和沟通能力。
- 愿意每月到新加坡出差。

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
