IT Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Keep track of IT hardware inventory and software license renewal using the Manage Engine Asset system and SharePoint.
- Ensure all software licenses follow legal software requirements.
- Perform daily scheduled checks on antivirus, network, servers, internet line monitoring, and IT-related aspects to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform weekly backups.
- Manage, monitor, and set up a video conference system or audio system.
- Create & Track work plans and Coordinate with teams to make sure Action Items are tracked to closure.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Business Information Technology or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Network Infrastructure:

- LAN/WAN protocols and services, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Network devices setup and configuration, administration, and troubleshooting (Fortigate, Cisco, HP, Ruckus, Ruijie).
- Experience in Cybersecurity and firewall systems will be added advantages.
- Operating System:

- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows 10/11.
- Experience with system configuration, registry settings, and group policies.
- Database maintenance, backup, and restore.
- Microsoft 365:

- Experience in O365 administration will be added advantages.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a service mindset.
