Job description in the fruits and vegetables farm: Monitor and supervise the workers daily work programme - Order and purchase the equipment required - Order and purchase the fertiliser - Planning the manuring programme - Purchase the petrol and diesel and send to the farm -Purchase the seedling, weeding and pesticide - Collect the old newspaper send to farm - Sending the vegetables to Rocana hotel - Coordinate with the buyer of fruits ( e.g. coconut) and send the collection to hq office - Sending the equipment to repair and collect back - And other ad hoc works Job Requirements: - Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details - Ability to work independently. - Positive attitude and responsible character. - Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service. - Prior working experience will be an added advantage. - Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill. - Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
