- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Leverage digital marketing channels and technologies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation, exploring avenues such as social media, content marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Establish thought leadership and industry influence through participation in conferences, speaking engagements, and industry publications, positioning Mayu Furniture as a trusted advisor and innovator in the B2B furniture space.
- Utilize data analytics and market intelligence tools to track performance metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the business development team, encouraging experimentation and exploration of new ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in business development or sales roles within the B2B furniture industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, customer acquisition strategies, and relationship management techniques.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for market opportunities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research methodologies, with experience using CRM and analytics tools.
