1. Mengira kelayakan maksimum pinjaman perumahan prospek

2. Bekerjasama dengan kumpulan jualan untuk menyediakan jadual penerangan setiap prospek

3. Membantu pihak pengurusan melengkapkan dokumen pinjaman perumahan

4. Kemaskini data prospek di dalam sistem yang disediakan


Syarat Kelayakan:
1. Boleh bekerja secara berpasukan

2. Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.

3. Bersedia untuk belajar perkara baru diluar kemahiran sedia ada

4. Berpenampilan menarik, kemas, menutup aurat, sihat tubuh badan, bertenaga, berdikari, cekap, amanah dan bertanggungjawab dalam menjalankan tugasan.
