Contract Executive Kajang

To assist in tendering, procurement, and contracting processes on technical matters;
- To review interim recommendations from QS Consultant/ M&E Consultant/ Landscape Consultant and ensure interim certificate issued by Architect;
- To ensure all valid Variation Orders compromised with Architect Instruction and Engineer Instruction;
- To review the draft final account statement prepared by the consultant and ensure the final account statement is signed off by all parties;
- To prepare and ensure the timely submission of the Contractor Monthly progress claim;
- To conduct joint measurements to verify work completed by contractors;
- To assist the Contract Manager to prepare reports and variation orders;
- To liaise with consultants, architects, authorities, contractors, etc. to ensure works are carried out based on established procedures, specifications and contract requirements of the projects; and
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as instructed by the Superior
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years working experience in QS consultancy firm/ Property Development;
- Preferable with experienced in handling commercial projects/ high rise projects;
- Knowledge of Standard Form of Contract (PAM/IEM/PWD);
- Possess a positive attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
