With our ambitious growth plans for the Personal Care category, we are seeking beauty enthusiasts with a passion for innovative technology to represent our Personal Care category as a Dyson Stylist. You will specialize in delivering an exciting and compelling experience primarily focused on our hair dryer - Supersonic. Stylists are responsible for delivering hands on demonstrations that include styling and relationship building with our customers, while achieving specified goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- First to learn, share, and inspire customers through a best in class experience.
- Create unique Dyson Supersonic shopper experiences with strong articulation of competitive values to win customers.
- A thought leader in hair care and hair styling in demonstrating the capabilities of Dyson Supersonic technology.
- Oversee the day to day operations of the outlet while providing exceptional customer service and product presentation.
- You will ensure that the outlet operates efficiently and profitable while maintaining the level service that is uniquely.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Hair care, Skin care and/or Cosmetic Brands is required for this position
- Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese preferred.
- At least 3 years(s) of working experience in the related field
- Good leadership qualities and able to work independently, mature and a team player
- Must be a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player, driven to exceed sales performance aspirations and creating an innovative customer experience.
- Location: Queensbay Mall and Gurney Paragon Mall
- Basic Salary + Commission + Fix Allowances + Quarterly Incentive + Bonus can go up to RM5000 to RM10000 per month.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
