Able to work un-supervised and to guide junior technicians to make their repair work more efficient. Proficient in using Diagnostic Tools to find fault and make decision in repair work. Proficient to use Diagnostics Tools for adaptation and basic setting of control modules. Able to read wiring diagrams and wiring repair works (or guide junior tech). Able to deal with customers regarding repairs, assign technicians to repair vehicles according to appointments and work schedule. Handle spare parts ordering and follow up work progress.
