Affiliate Executive

**About the Company**

Local Digital Marketing and IT solution provider company

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively handling a portfolio of Affiliate marketing programs and their affiliates.
- Hunt, recruit and develop new affiliates and/or paid channels in key markets.
- Drive rapid growth and support the company's client sales and marketing objectives.
- Analysis of affiliate/channel performance, reporting ROI results & propose optimization strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Stay current with trends in affiliate and/or CPC marketing and identify new opportunities including competitor analysis/monitoring of both affiliate offers and other offers.
- Assist with Manager on business growth based on company target and KPIs

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business or equivalent.
- Requires at least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service skills.
- An eye for detail.
- Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Drive and self-motivation.
- A flexible approach to work.
- The ability to work well under pressure and prepare to multitask.
- Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships.
- Copywriting and design skills will be advantage.

**Additional Informations**

Working Hours: M-F, 10 am - 7 pm

Location: Sunway Velocity, (PT accessible)

**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month
