Production Supervisor

Requirements:

- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibility and preparing schedules for workers.
- Monitor and update production output and progress.
- Troubleshoot issues and downtime with equipment and machineries.
- Ensure production team has sufficient raw materials and necessary tools to carry out daily task.
- Ensure Safety and Production SOPs on the shop floor are always adhered to.
- Routine In Process Quality Control (IPQC) checks on the shop floor.
- Provide training for workers on how to safely use machineries and follow procedures.
- Identifying areas of improvement and lead KAIZEN projects on the production floor.
- Ensure all documentation necessary for regulatory compliance is accurate and updated.
- Any other tasks delegated by Production Manager/Operations Manager for example ISO 9001 audit, setting up of new production lines

We are looking for an experienced and talented individual to be able to assist the Production Manager on supervising the day

- Day operations of the manufacturing plant, organizing workflow and meet production deadlines, managing resources which includes personnel, equipment, and materials, developing and implementing procedures, ensuring compliances with all relevant regulations and standards, and also responsible for training and developing the factory?s personnel.
