Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial analysis, budgets and forecasts for the company.
- Handle petty cash transactions and recordings;
- Handle daily banking transactions of receipts, payments and the relevant recordings in the accounting books;
- Liaise with external parties such as bankers, auditors, tax agents, suppliers and etc.
- Assist to liaise with Auditor for year-end audit and other related matters.
- Assist in annual budget preparation.
- Responsible for asset management.
- Responsible for accurate and timely submission of monthly/quarterly management accounts and financial reports.
- Maintain and ensure process workflow and documentation are up to date to the current processes.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field
- Fresh graduate is mostly welcome
- Understanding of data privacy standards
- Familiarity with business principles and practices
- Independent, mature and able to meet tight deadlines in a challenging environment
- Computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and calculation software
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senawang
