Explain automotive repair and issues to customers and provide great customer service. 6. Plan automotive repair procedures by using charts, manuals, and data. 7. Test the functionality of automotive parts and systems. 8. Ensure cleanliness and proper 5S at the workshop. 9. Handle ad-hoc tasks that are assigned by Superior.
