Administering onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Coordinating performance appraisal processes and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans.
- Managing employee documentation and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Keeping abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, particularly those related to expatriate employment.
- Liaising with the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) and other relevant government agencies such as JTK, JPP, and MOHR to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
- Assisting expatriate employees with relocation and settling-in processes, including accommodation arrangements and cultural orientation.
- Managing office facilities and supplies to ensure a conducive working environment.
- Handling travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and visitors.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and coordinating repairs as needed.
- Assisting in organizing company events and meetings.
- Assisting expatriate employees with relocation and settling-in processes, including accommodation arrangements and cultural orientation.
- Undertake any other HR or administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
