**Position Summary**:
As a Senior Engineer specializing in SCCM & Devices, you will lead the Delivery, Operation Support, and Implementation of SCCM operations for End-User Technology (EUT) services. Your role will also encompass delivering high-quality services related to Endpoint Management for Windows and Mac Devices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and health.
- Troubleshoot content distribution to distribution points, ensuring timely delivery of software packages and updates.
- Investigate and resolve SCCM infra-related issues & incidents, and manage change requests for infrastructure modification.
- Provide support for OSD, deployments, patching, and related activities.
- Oversee infrastructure upgrades to align with Microsoft release versions for large-scale environments.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs for ticket volume and response time.
- Prioritize activities to ensure service continuity and timely issue resolution.

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma in IT, Electronic Engineering, or Equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in EUT.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, SCCM, O365, Intune.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, WMI Query, Power BI & SQL queries for SCCM reporting is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android clients.
- Experience using ServiceNow is preferred.
