**Responsibilities**:
1) Lead the HR & Admin Team and responsible for all human resource activities including payroll, recruitment, performance appraisal, staff career advancement, employee relations, industrial relations, employee welfare, foreign worker as well as all office administrative duties.

2) Design, formulate and implement Human Resource policies and procedures, review and update guidelines periodically in line with the company knowledge on new employment act and local legislation.

3) Administer to all employment contracts and work permits where applicable

4) Assist and advise Management with regards to Human Resource procedures, policies, best practices, performance review, employment rewards and benefits to align with the objectives and targets set by Management.

5) To conduct disciplinary proceeding, if any, such as staff counselling, verbal warning, show cause, termination and so forth.

6) Monitor subordinate for follow up / process on renewal road tax / insurance / puspakom inspection / summon.

7) Monitor renewal of General insurance eg. Fire Insurance, Bulgary, fidelity Guarantee, Public Liability, Group Personal Accident, Plate Glass, Transport Liability Insurance, Business Licenses and so on.

8) To perform any other duties as and when required by the management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Good communication & leadership skills
- Required language(s): Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literacy. (MS Office software)
- Have knowledge in SQL Payroll
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to prioritize, result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to meet deadlines, multi-tasking, and work independently.
- Resourceful, positive working attitude and work well under pressure and high volume environment.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,999.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
