Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Architecture
Experience : Min 3-4 years in construction industry
Experience in high rise building
**Job description**:
- Report to the Project Manager. Undertake all types of architectural works at construction site.
- Experience in high rise building.
- Daily on-site supervision and assist sub contractor’s work implementations.
- Ensuring architectural works are in compliance to the defined standards and time frame.
- Review drawings prepared by the Architect and other consultants, highlighting of discrepancies.
- Coordinate with project team on technical/ quality matters.
- Attend site meeting regularly and highlight discrepancies to be rectified
- Preparing progress report for client consultant meeting.
- Ad-hoc assignments as instructed by Project Manager
