Kitchen Helper

**Requirements**:
1. Preferably have kitchen helper experience.

2. Physical mobility and stamina are required.

3. Ability to follow instructions and detail-oriented.

4. Professional attitude and ability to work independently.

5. Excellent time management skills and willingness to work in shifts.

6. Safely use kitchen equipment and appliances.

7. Sound knowledge of food safety standards.

8. Possession of a driving license is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare meal ingredients for the cook, including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing.

2. Assist in unloading food supplies from delivery trucks.

3. Wash and dry dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, and cutting boards.

4. Organize and store kitchen items in their designated places.

5. Dispose of garbage, replace bags, and clean garbage cans.

6. Clear and clean tables for the waitstaff and refill condiments.

7. Store ingredients according to food safety standards.

8. Assist in kitchen operations, opening/closing, cleaning, and stocking supplies.

9. Maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitary work area.

10. Perform tasks that others may not prefer.

11. Meet production goals and manage stock and supplies.
