**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support on all HR functions such as managing employee database, attendance report analysis and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Experienced in handling of local and foreigner recruitment, training activities, performance evaluation, payroll, rewards and benefits.
- Review and streamline the HR processes and policies for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure company comply with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.
- Plan and monitor people development activities to meet employee competency and development objective.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in human resources field.
- Proficient in prevailing labour laws, current HR best practices and legislations.
- Able to read, write and converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Preferably Male applicant and able to travel extensively and stay at site.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
