1- feeding shrimp by hand or operating automatic feeding systems 2- grading shrimp by size, moving them to bigger tanks or ponds 3- checking and maintaining water quality 4- checking shrimp for disease, preventing and treating infection 5- draining and cleaning tanks, filters and nets 6- repairing tanks or ponds 7- getting fish ready for sale, gutting them and packing them in ice for transport 8- maintaining buildings and equipment, involving basic joinery, plumbing and electrical work.

This gives confidence in safety and traceability of the Company's food products.
